Unlike other Phoenix architect and remodeling contractors, Republic West Remodeling employs many of the people who contact clients and actually do the work that completes the project. Our Pre-Construction & Planning team is no exception.

Pre-Construction & Planning works to gain a complete understanding to the agreed upon scope of work between Republic West Remodeling and the client. They use an extensive verification process to ensure that the chosen design can be executed as sold and all potential pitfalls can be uncovered and addressed. They also prepare all necessary construction documents including plans, product specifications, etc. to obtain the permits required and deal with municipalities. The end result is a detailed plan and timeline transferring all necessary information to the operations department for field installation and purchase orders.

The planning work in our preconstruction department is handled by our senior project advocates. That allows for the person planning your project to be the same person responsible for its execution. We have found this to enable a more seamless transition and dramatically improves the remodeling experience.
