Unlike other home design and remodeling contractors in Phoenix, Republic West Remodeling employs many of the people who contact clients and actually do the work that completes the project. Our In-House Design team is no exception.
By working with the sales and design consultants, our In-House Design team employs the latest technology and software to render the client and design consultant’s thoughts and ideas, providing a 3D rendering that allows everyone to see a virtual tour of the new living space. The In-House Design team also creates documents that are critical to the execution of a project, including dimensional drawings, floor plans, item lists, etc. Design changes can be made quickly, giving the client maximum flexibility to explore all options and ensure that nothing is left to chance.
Lisa Weeks My job as manager of the design department is to consistently service the design needs of the remodeling sales team with the highest levels of excellence in whatever manner required, such that their sales mission is supported and enhanced to the fullest extent possible. I oversee the work coming in and going out, and I am responsible for customer service -. the quality, timeliness and accuracy of the department’s work, as well as for the progressive improvement and innovation of the department’s methods and output. In the designs I personally execute as well as those I oversee, it is my ultimate goal to provide sales, pre-construction and execution with design work of the highest quality that exceeds the expectations of both the sales person and the client and incorporates as much forethought as possible.
