Anne and Andrew purchased their new home in Arizona while they were still living in Boston. Since they had previous remodeling experiences, they preferred to not be physically present during the construction. But just because our clients were long-distance, it didn’t mean that they didn’t have a prime vantage point of the action. We updated them weekly with new pictures and through FaceTime meetings, so they knew exactly what was going on.
We also let their friends pop in to personally confirm the progress and report back to them. During the weekly meetings, we would explain what we have accomplished and what was next on deck. If they had any questions or problems, their project manager was quick to make alterations to resolve the issue.
When it was time to move in, Anne and Andrew came to Arizona with confidence. They knew what their home would look like because of the accurate 3D renderings they received from us. When they finally saw their home face-to-face, they were thrilled to see that the results were as they expected.
