How to Avoid Arizona Home Remodeling Complaints
A recent report compiled by the Consumer Federation of America and the North American Consumer Protection Investigators identified the most common types of consumer complaints in 2013. Home remodeling and construction complaints have the dubious distinction of earning the #2 spot, second only behind motor vehicle complaints.
While this certainly is disheartening and we’d like to say we are surprised, unfortunately we know that complaints about bad home improvement contractors are all too common. In fact, many of our customers initially contacted us after having a disappointing experience with another contractor.
We have done numerous projects that involved removing or repairing work that had initially been started by another contractor. As a result, we understand that many homeowners are anxious about hiring a home improvement contractor and hesitant to trust their property (and money) with someone they don’t know.
Fortunately, you can leave your worries behind when you enlist our help for your home remodeling project. We pride ourselves on being “one of the good guys” and ensuring that every one of our customers are completely satisfied. But you don’t have to take our word for it—ask around, and see what your friends and neighbors have to say about us. We think you will like what you hear about RW Remodeling.
