Today, we wanted to introduce you to Peter Z. Limon, the VP of Operations for the Construction Division at RW Remodeling. Peter came to RWR because he “was seeking an ethical, moral and professional company.” He has been with the company for 14 years, and has a total of 35 years of industry experience.

What is the secret to your success at RW Remodeling?

Peter: Nothing secret about it. Simply: our customers are not a “conquest.” They are partners. This means first and foremost respect for the client. Taking full responsibility to execute the customer’s project on an individual and personal basis as if the project were my own or for a member of my family.
